The Preacher's Son captivates with all the intensity expected of a Weber novel. Bishop T.K. Wilson is a pillar of the community, pastor of the largest African-American church in Queens, NY, and has always tended to he needy. Running for borough president, he faces one shocking revelation after another that could not only derail his campaign, but also force him to reevaluate his family values.

"The Sante Fe Trail"
First part lots of sex and stuff. Second half more into the plot and was a pretty good story overall. So could have had less explicit sexuality and more plot content.
"Weber knows how to tell a story!"
Carl Weber certainly knows how to paint a story with colorful characters that develop into a masterpiece of fiction. I enjoyed not knowing what to expect in this tale of woe and whoa!
"Great Book A Don't Miss"
This was truly a good book, a don't miss.
"Wonderful Story"
Loved this book. Like so many of his books he really did a good job selecting the narrators and the story line kept me involved and entertained.
I love to read!!!!
"Preacher's Son!!!!!!"
It ranks very high.
It made me wanted to get all the books in the series.
He presents it from everybody's view point.
Love books on tape! It's all about the narrators for me though. No matter how good the story, if the narrator doesn't cut it...
"GOOD READ"
Just a little too far fetched for me at the end but no disappointments. It's the only Carl Weber story I've rated a four instead of my usual five stars.
Hi my name is Bianca and I am a avid reader. I love all types of genres and read all the time. I am a book worm and always will be one.
"Mouth dropping"
I liked how the narrators told the story.
I liked Donte' because he liked Taneisha even though she was from the projects and because even when he found out that T. K. Wilson was not his real daddy he still loved him anyway instead of rejecting him.

"Excellent!!!"
This was a fantastic listen! Man, it was not at all what I expected but I mean that in a good way. The narration was excellent, the characters were saucy and had much spice and it was just overall an extremely well written book and it was an easy listen. I will certainly keep this in my rotation of audiobooks!
