"WELL DONE!"
I find All-Audio German to be very well done: well-organized, well-executed, entertaining, and very informative. It could be a bit difficult for someone entirely new to German. But, to someone who has a rudimentary understanding of the language and its grammar, I find it to be an excellent source for learning on the go!

"Great Intro to German"
I had no prior knowledge of German, and found that with this audiobook I was able to learn German. I would recommend buying the companion paper book published by Living Language (Ultimate German: Beginner-Intermediate by Lasting & Singer). Between listenting to each 10-minute chapter twice a day for 4 to 7 days, and reading the chapter once in that time, I was able to learn the lessons! I would highly recommend this to someone who wants to learn German without taking a class.

"sehr gut!"
This book is as good as any other I've tried to use to get a grasp on the German language. It teaches words, phrases and word useage. The drawback with this and any foreign language audio book is that it cannot teach you how to read or write the language. This is a good start though.
