Wonderful necessary book for the hearts that serve! This makes me hungrier for God and those He wants to reach in love through me. I need to listen/read this again. So powerful, wise and effective. I want it!

Terrific tutorial for would-be evangelists!

A friend introduced me to Cindy McGill through a link to an interview with her. Hearing her stories, I knew I had to get this book. I have listened to the audiobook twice now, and I know it’s something I will be listening to again and again.

Between the author’s great advice and her examples from personal experience reaching out to folks from diverse backgrounds, she equips believers in Jesus to share Christ using non-threatening language and creative “hooks” that draw them into life-changing encounters with God. She shows us how to think outside the evangelical box and utilize words and methods that appeal to those who’ve been alienated from traditional Christianity. She teaches us to see those outside the Christian faith not as “the lost,” but as friends of Jesus who’ve been seeking but just haven’t found Him yet.

If you desire to reach out to those outside the church, but don’t know how to go about doing so effectively, I highly recommend this resource. The narrator is fairly easy to understand and listen to. This audio book will give you the tools and confidence you need to demonstrate the love if Christ and be a conduit of the Holy Spirit to reach seekers all around you.

Simply profound

After struggling for a long time to find the right words to give to give others hope who no and understand very little about Jesus, a friend recommended this book. I love that she talks about the idea that we are here to plant seeds and allow Jesus to do the work. I love how she presents simple words and phrases that feel neutral and non judgmental. there was a time in my life when I know these words would have made me feel loved and I'm grateful to have this book to help me with my vocabulary as I love on others. Thank you Cindy and team for everything you were out there doing! You are a light to the rest of the world.

I laughed, cried, wrote down so many important nuggets, cried again, and felt the love of god overwhelm me. If you have event heard Cindy speak she has you on the edge of your seat, excited to hear more, learn more, & want to run right along side with her & her team. This book was exactly that!
