simple and sweet

If you wanted a simple meditation practice with a clear outline from start to finish than this is the meditation practice that you've been searching for all of this time.

Intense!

There is a great deal of information contained in this relatively simple instruction set for eliciting and programming one's own mind, in conjunction with the breath, into doing those things beneficial to one's health and overall well being. Goes far beyond the notion of relaxation as being meditation's primary goal and/or benefit.
