The Best
This is the best book I've ever heard. I had to get the written format to write tons of notes in dealing with my anger. To listen to the book it stops you in your tracks when it comes to your thought process in approaching your day and the test you need to overcome your anger.

Good book
This is a good book. The scripture references are so extensive that it makes reading it a little clunky. Otherwise it’s got a lot of good information and is very specific and thorough.
