BrightPath Tours welcomes you to another of our grand tours of Washington, DC! This tour begins in one of the most historic neighborhoods in DC, the area directly across from the White House, Lafayette Park. We're going to walk clear around the park and talk about the many famous - and infamous - people who lived around the square known as the President's Neighborhood. From there we'll pass the Treasury Building and the Sherman Monument before we head all the way up Pennsylvania Avenue, one of the most historic streets in Washington, DC. Along the way you'll see some of the smaller monuments that honor both the well-known and the obscure, and we'll walk through some of the earliest neighborhoods in the city. The tour ends at the very dramatic Grant Monument that sits at the base of Capitol Hill. As with all other BrightPath Tours, you can tour on your own schedule, walk at your own pace, and spend as much time as you like at each stop. Let BrightPath Tours be your guide on this unique tour of Washington, DC!
