Publisher's summary

These short stories are real-life accounts. They are as funny, dirty, and life-changing as a music festival can be.

We've been going to music festivals since 2004. We've seen Bruce Springsteen rip it up on the guitar while on his knees in true rock god fashion. We've seen Willy Nelson strum his guitar and that iconic long hair. We've seen Paul McCartney emanate harmonious Beatles tunes from his piano. We've seen Robert Randolph, Buddy Guy, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Beach Boys, Radiohead, Widespread Panic, The Flaming Lips, Tom Petty, Dave Matthews Band, The Allman Brothers, Umphrey's McGee, Capital Cities, Alt-J, Jeffrey James, and the list goes on for several pages ranging from the most famous musicians to the least known and everything in between.

We've seen the legends, and that in turn has made our tales truly legendary. We have also had our fair share of laughter and mud. We've experienced the incredible mental freedom that being at a music festival facilitates, and with that, we impart these narratives

so not stoked...

with all of the craziness I've seen throughout the years at various music festivals I thought for sure I'd have heard a story a bit more exciting than ninja turtle debates and opening fruit with a friggen hammer... I think this book could've been WAY better if the author had the chops to be more explicit. There's a dark and beautiful grittyness to music festivals that should be explained for people who have never been.

Festie

Short stories I can relate to from my own festival (mis)adventures. However I'm not sure how I got convinced to pay for a commercial for her blog, website, etc.
