Just DO IT!
Don't question - just DO IT! This book lays it out fairly well but the RESULTS are Absolutely AMAZING!
I am 69 years old... took a Nanny job and was sick continually (children bringing home colds and stomach flu etc)...first read it on Kindle (recommend Paperback)...I realized - I can DO this and not some weird stuff! Not only are my gut issues gone (my weak area of health) but DANG I lost 15 lbs without trying...in first 30 days, mostly off my belly...now my husband is on the regime and doing fabulously - inches flying off his belly and that is a first!
We have lots of energy and hunger doesn't hit until about 1:00 - 2:00 pm... easy to follow. ALL the smoothies are winners! The regular recipes are too... not one complaint. We are happily continuing living this simple way. Need to say I did not use the nutrients etc offered on line by Dr. Kotbi. Chose to buy on Amazon or local health food stores. I hope you'll try this!
