Back in the run-and-gun days of the mid-'90s, when Billy Graves worked in the South Bronx as part of an anticrime unit known as the Wild Geese, he made headlines by accidentally shooting a 10-year-old boy while stopping an angel-dusted berserker in the street. It's in the Top 5 - as good as Lou Diamond Phillips read of Tom Wolfe's 'Back To Blood'.
What does Ari Fliakos bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Ari Fliakos is a good actor who brings just enough vocal difference to each of the many characters without ramming his impressions down your lug holes. Perfect read.

Looking forward to more from Richard Price writing as Harry Brandt. It's as good as Chandler at times.
