There was a lot of redundancy in the book. However, good theme.
The ardent performance got wearing. When most every sentence is said very passionately, it dilutes the passion.

Fight for Peace, Joy, and Pain
This os a great book to learn emotional strength and maturity. I wish I had read this book a year ago when my wife left me. The book is divided into the 8 codes of the warrior 1 per chapter. Codes 1, 6, and 8 are the best because they tell you how peace, joy, and pain are keys to be a warrior.
