Escapism at it's finest

Great world to lose yourself in, you won't regret this joy ride of a book!

what can I say... so much action and suspense! just a well written and we'll acted graphic audio experience!

Still my favorite book series

I love these books the drama the war and the possible truth of a dark future. I just truly love this series.

the non movie version is better

I really enjoy the original narrative more

the graphic audio narrator in the "second" book read very quickly and was hard to follow

if I haven't read trh original and listen to the original I may have got lost

Had to get used to the second half

Very good story, and I remember reading it in the days of yor. First half was very well performed, and it is my first dramatized adaptation experience. Second half felt, fast, I suppose. The narrator sounded a little but “faster” than in the first half, but once you get used to it, it isn’t such a problem.
All in all, had me captivated all day. (I listened to the whole thing within 24 hours)

brought to life

I love this rendition. the voices and sounds in this dramatization brought this story from my imagination to life. I always wondered what these people would've sounded like and how to pronounce the names properly. I'm saddened that I can't yet afford the rest of the series. as I listened to this story I could close my eyes and almost see the adventure in my minds eye.

should have been an actual movie/tv series

this is my 3rd time reading/listening to this book series but this was my 1st graphic audio book & I loved it should have been an actual movie. the narration was amazing. honestly the cast that was used to read the book should be the same people that should be used in the movie/tv series (if it ever happens).

I enjoy reading/listening to a book, and then love finding a dramatised version that I'll usually put in as I fall asleep.

There's absolutely no reason I need some asshat to jump in with an ad for the book I'm listening to. I don't need to hear the full cast named out 3+ times in a book.

it interrupts the pace of the story, it's way louder than it needs to be, and it's completely unnecessary.

great story, decent narrator

was not a fan of the narrator but the story is great and I like how in depth the author writes the characters and paints the visions he had for them.

Falls off a cliff

3/4 of the first book is great, then felt rushed to end. Some characters don't make sense at all (leesha) I'm on the 3rd book and its hit and miss by the chapter. If you're looking for a great series to lose yourself in, this isn't it. If you're really into the GraphicAudio format or just relentlessly consume fantasy its fine
