When the Westpath Mall went up for sale, "Friendly" Ford Fingal planned to buy it and use the land to expand his used car dealership. But the mysterious Vedrana Ambrose outbid him. Ford figured she would go out of business soon enough and he could swoop in to buy her out.
But years later, Vedrana Ambrose is still there. Getting impatient, Ford buys a gift card to her "Swap Mall" and goes inside to talk her into selling out. Instead she turns him into a woman. If he wants to change back, he has to find the key she's hidden somewhere in the mall.
Each time he guesses which key it is and gets it wrong, he changes into a different woman. The search is complicated when Vedrana has some orphans visit for the afternoon.
