The Plot to Change America exposes the myths that help identity politics perpetuate itself. This book reveals what has really happened, explains why it is urgent to change course, and offers a strategy to do so. Though we should not fool ourselves into thinking that it will be easy to eliminate identity politics, we should not overthink it, either. Identity politics relies on the creation of groups and then on giving people incentives to adhere to them. If we eliminate group making and the enticements, we can get rid of identity politics.
The first myth that this book exposes is that identity politics is a grassroots movement, when from the beginning it has been, and continues to be, an elite project. For too long, we have lived with the fairy tale that America has organically grown into a nation gripped by victimhood and identitarian division; that it is all the result of legitimate demands by minorities for recognition or restitutions for past wrongs. The second myth is that identity politics is a response to the demographic change this country has undergone since immigration laws were radically changed in 1965. Another myth we are told is that to fight these changes is as depraved as it is futile, since by 2040, America will be a minority-majority country, anyway. This book helps to explain that none of these things are necessarily true.

A Polarized America
Gonzalez makes a great case for why America is coming apart, not coming together. The new norm is "victim hood". You can always find a reason why you're being discriminated against. If it's not your race, maybe it's your religion, or gender, or any number of things that set you apart. He shows how identity politics is destroying this country. It is better to find what makes us the same instead of different.

Must Read!
Very informative, with a detailed history of current forces at play, and ideas and solutions for counteracting the forces at play as well - so I have to give a lot of credit to the author for tackling a politically incorrect topic with facts, logic and grace. If you haven’t personally experienced the reasons for why he wrote this book, you might consider reading White Fragility, and it will become painfully obvious where things are going. Yikes.

Very insightful
Found this book to be very insightful and well thought out. Personally feel like it resonates with today’s on going issues and may be an eye opener for some people as to why America is how it is today. Will be recommending to friends and family, and whoever may be interested.

A Masterpiece of Rationality
This book explains IT ALL... How "The Plot" or agenda began and gradually infiltrated all of society. The author provides an overview of every major societal shift that took the US from a FREEDOM OBSESSED nation, to the cowering sack of pathetic, politically correct SJWs. How this plot emasculated our strong, proud, masculine society, with a feminine bedrock in the home, to one where women are no longer attracted to men and opt for same sex or trans sex options. If like me you are perplexed at how we got here, this is your book. The author covers every area that has you scratching your head in confusion. This book is a must for anyone who wants to understand how in the hell we got here...
