This audiobook tells you all you need to know. If you're a complete beginner you can start here or if you're currently trading but want to learn some new ideas - get listening now!

Robbie reveals his trading secrets gathered from 10 years of money making. From how to find good shares in the first place, ensuring you don't buy a complete stinker, to using spread betting to enhance gains and how to make big returns quickly from smaller companies. There's also his simple "traffic lights" system, which makes reading company reports a doddle, and real traders reveal their horror stories and winning tips!

This time, Robbie reveals his top 10 secret winning strategies - 10 sure-fire ways to ensure only the best shares get bought. Plus, how to get the confidence to hold onto winning shares and get rid of losers, and how to buy and sell at the right time.

Critic reviews

"The book covers an impressive amount of ground, from the basics of setting up as a trader, to the meat of strategies and psychology, and plenty of honest examples of where things have gone wrong. As an introduction to the world of shares, The Naked Trader scores highly." ( Investors Chronicle)

What did you like best about The Naked Trader? What did you like least?

I didn't like anything about this book. I Hated It..

Would you ever listen to anything by Robbie Burns again?

Never Again.

How could the performance have been better?

Focus more on the subject, less on tea and toast, and stop Trying to be witty.

Who do you think would benefit most from listening to The Naked Trader?

Perhaps British folks who can tolerate his humor.

Any additional comments?

A very British book written by a very British Author. Perhaps the Brits can appreciate this book but this American could have done better buying something else. Full of British colloquialisms. There does appear to be some useful information, but not at all worth what I paid for it.

Dated, not very useful for the American Markets.

A british book written around 1997. Not enough discussion of the American stock markets to be useful to a US trader.

What a gem!

I felt I was taking a bit of a chance on this one (I'm not English and I don't trade on the FTSE), but what a great listen this turned out to be. The material in this book is so practical (some would say obvious but I don't agree). There are no hidden catches and he definitely paints the picture warts and all. It is filled with practical advice and 'real' examples of traps and pitfalls... all the time compelling me to trade smart. Thanks Robbie, you're a POM, but nice work!
