Twists n Turns-Loved It
Truly enjoyed this trilogy. The narrator is a recent favorite and has very enjoyable character voices as well as distinguishable. The story itself built into the most intriguing twists & turns I’ve heard in a series in a very long time. I hope Ben writes more about Jack Mist.

It's worth buying for teens
I liked it overall but there were a few things that bugged me. I feel it could have gone through one more screening. There where holes are left in the story. Such as (trying for no spoilers here) when S threw a knife at J and L jumped in. What, S just stood back to give them a moment? And there were several times S could have killed J but chose to "have the people do it for him". A bit weak considering all the trouble he's caused. The love story lacked chemistry and wasn't clear. The narrator was great. He did pronounce things funny, maybe because it's a different world? Mostly changing vowels sounds, like saying gee-ser for geyser.
Then there's the issue I'm sure the author was waiting for. The not so subtle jab at religion. I don't pretend all authors are religious, to each his own, but it can make people defensive when you poke fun at them in any fashion. I'm not saying the story line should have been changed or anything, but a few changes in dialogue would help.

Brilliant
This trilogy will enter your top 10 ever read list. The fantasy world, character build, & creative story line separates this series from 100's of other fantasy adventures I have read.
