Really dense and enjoyable

As the kind of person who likes to listen to lectures, and The History Channel in the background all day, this was a very welcome companion in my ears walking around the last few days. You can dip in and out or sit and soak it all up. Great narrator, by the way. It's filled with tidbits, and it's surprisingly easy to follow for such a dense work. I really likes it.

A history buff’s must-have

Aeon History has compiled a collection of the rise and falls, trials and tribulations, and ingenious creations of two of the most iconic, recognized and mighty powers to ever come about in our history (that we can fully prove, that is: Atlanteans anyone, lol?). The listener is met with historic facts of conflict, powerful people, politics, and every element that has amounted to the western civilization we have right now. You will sound like a historic smarty pants after consuming this monster of a history book, that, with it’s engaging narration, keeps the listener engrossed through every up and down, conflict, and almost unbelievable fact.
