Empathy to improve your work environment

Thank you Maria for recording us that simple value like empathy are not so obvious and that we have to cultivate them to keep them active. I loved your book and immediately implemented changes in my leading style to improve it. I have also place a few post it on my computer to remember important habit to generate More empathy and create a better work environment and engagement of my team.
