Publisher's summary

The Copper Scroll Project tells the story of an Oklahoma arson investigator, Jim Barfield, who sets off on a decade-long quest to uncover Qumran’s secrets - the lost treasures of the Jerusalem temple - and show the world that the Dead Sea Scrolls were merely the tip of the archaeological iceberg. Through a series of breakthroughs and setbacks, Barfield’s Copper Scroll Project becomes inadvertently tethered to Israel’s modern battle for the Temple Mount.

The Copper Scroll Project is the one remaining witness to a covert operation to rescue Temple tithes and vessels before foreign invaders overran Jerusalem’s city gates. Could secrets contained in the most enigmatic of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Copper Scroll, hold the keys to one of the greatest treasures in Israel’s history?

Truth be told…

I’ve know Jim and Chris since before The Copper Scroll Project. The details in the story are spot on. What was most fascinating to me, was having heard all of these events over time and now hearing them all at once again, the passion for the project has been unearthed in me. Shelley’s writing is impeccable. She draws you in with her words and has the reader sitting in the middle of each event. The narrator, Jennifer March did a fantastic job at pulling the listener in. The best part about her reading was the way she characterized the persons in the book. Jim really does sound much like the way she portrays him and had me laughing on multiple occasions throughout the book. Shelley painted the portrait and Jennifer put it under the best lighting possible for observation. The book and the audible version of The Copper Scroll Project were both beautifully done. Thank you.

Well done

Historical research was well done and a good plot was woven around it. Good narration. Given audio for my voluntary review

Messianics

Yes, the author historically research was interesting and pretty good. BUT! they highlight a lot about the disgusting group they call Messianic. It make a sick hearing Yeshua. if you are jewish this door is not for you.
