Filled with lots of good info!

Loved this book, easy to listen to and great information that you don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand. If you are struggling with weight loss despite keto "perfection" and exercise, you feel like you are doing everything right and still aren't losing, this book is a must listen!

Fine!

The lauguage in this audio-book makes the science of weight loss and body transformation very easy to understand and follow.. I liked that the author presents principles, rules/guidelines and real life examples that allow me to make my own informed plan. I feel like I finally can cure the weight problems and guide others to do so as well. Huge thanks to the author

Nice!

Intermittent Fasting its amazing guide audio-book. The author well explanation of Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss. I am following this guide audio-book it gives me a better result. I listen this audio-book all of the chapters I can know lots of things about Intermittent Fasting and how it work, side effective and benefit. I am learning lots of new things and I'm grateful for the fact that this cook audio-book offers flexible recipes, suitable for all kinds of dietary restrictions. A great book for all.

A great book if you are considering incorporating fasting into your lifestyle. I already do a modified version of fasting and need to expand my window and eventually work my way into an extended fast. This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. This book makes sense and is worth a try. I'm excited to see how it works for me. I only have weight to lose, so going to give it a go.

Redundancy in narration, totally wasted chapters.

This was a complete waste of a credit and so frustrating to listen to. I highly recommend doing a google search on "Types and Benefits of Intermittent Fasting" and you'll get all the content in 1/10th the time.
