Good book
I like the premise that there are things in this World that are only seen by a few special people.
Here are many different things at play... difficult family history, difficult family, the childhood town is back in play, and yet all of it is drawn together nicely.
The biggest drawback is that the book ends on a cliffhanger, and while I would have wanted to buy the next book anyways, for me that is a massive turn-off.

I do enjoy a mystery when someone has a gift like Clarice. It was a great start but it ended too soon. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. the narrator did a great job bringing it to life.
