Realistic views on things ...
I really like the way it's written as if it was talking to you directly. Step by step on finding the house, analyzing, the cost of fixing, what needs to be done, and all the way to selling the property. I plan on flipping and holding for my future properties. After I finished this book, I am now on the HOLD. Love the stories, examples, and realistic views on things.

Wonderful and inspiring

A wealth of information
The information provided in this book will provided you with a head-start to becoming an investor. A wealth of information.I would recommend this book to anyone on the real estate investing path. There is a lot of information that can help lead you in the direction you want to go. This book gives you the basic mentality necessary and the perfect information for a beginning real instate investor

Refresher
This is a very useful refresher and with nice information. The flow of information and book was easy to listen as well. This is a nice reference for anyone from new to seasoned investors. It covers almost every possible calculation you could think of with examples that make sense.
