Pitching is not easy - at least that’s what I thought before I got this book. Now I think; maybe it’s not so bad. I have tips I can actually use, thanks to this book. It is certainly a book to keep coming back to.

An Excellent listen on route to work

This book actually delivers a lot more than its title. Although it is a short listen compared to some of the other ones I have gone through, there is no fluff in this book. It is direct to the point and anyone in leadership domain will be able to have many takeaways from it; from key points on strength of networking to alternative of being jack of all trades; this book has practical and actionable items to implement in whichever stage of leadership role you are at! From the content of this book, it shows the author is a definite leader and has spent time in the trenches! Excellent listen!

I was impressed with the organized impactful advice this book gives on what traits one needs to have to become an exceptional nonprofit leader. The narrator was also enjoyable to listen to. Great book for anyone who wants to rise to the top in a nonprofit organization.

It is an easy read with precise informations, the author broke down key elements of leadership into easy steps, and provided a considerable amount of insight into the leadership process. The author of this book has compiled great information for anyone in a leadership role of almost any company, not just nonprofits. He does however delineate the difference makers for the nonprofit sector very well and explains the reasoning behind each of the "secrets". I suggest if you are seeking a nonprofit leadership role or have recently been selected for one, you need to hear what this author has to say. A quick listen that is jam-packed with everything you need and no long boring sections of fluff. Straight to the point and easy to listen to. I feel it was worth my time and money.

Smart tips!

You may start a Not-for-frofit because you have a cause you care about or a community, or an artform, but that doesn't mean you're necessarily great at the business part. And as one of those people, I need all the help I can get. This book is a breath of fresh air, and filled with practical ideas. Really enjoyed it.
