Being new to all this, I found the audible to be really informative. Sure, you can find some of the information on the internet but it's nicely put together in one place which is helpful for a beginner. How good you get depends on your application of it. Good luck on your journey!

Enjoyed listening to it like his other books. I don't care about the negative publicity he's received. His books have very engaging material and concepts I have read for myself in the Bible. And I will most likely buy and read his next books too.

Great book

Excellent guide. Although the narrator kind of reminded me of Agent Smith from the Matrix, the narration was very good and the information this book offers is great.

I'm an author of my audible and still love to read other people's works to support their hard work and to learn from their perspective. However, this work was disappointing. There are a few things I do agree with but there are so many issues I have with this work because of how little the author understands the psychic and astral world.
