Publisher's summary

Back in Oregon, Kelsey tries to pick up the pieces of her life and push aside her feelings for Ren. But danger lurks around the corner, forcing her to return to India where she embarks on a second quest - this time with Ren's dark, bad-boy brother Kishan, who has also fallen prey to the Tiger's Curse. Fraught with danger, spellbinding dreams, and choices of the heart, Tiger's Quest brings the trio one step closer to breaking the spell that binds them.

Wonderful book!

I loved this book even more than the first one. This series captured our imagination immediately. I am looking forward to the other books in the series.

I'm still loving the series, but

So, i'm still loving the series, but the first half (and know as a guy i'm not really into romance novels) is almost pure love story. There's no geatuitious sex and it's still "G" rated, but I knocked off a star for the lengthy romance part. Still, it is an entegrial part of the story. I was more interested in the action and adventure and the rest of the book holds true. I'm starting book 3 now. Oh, and btw the narration remains to be excellant!

Compelling Story!

My fondness for this story could be compared with the unconditional love you have for that very important or special person in your life - because you take them flaws included. The overall storyline and the characters are the strong aspects that keep me (you) with this story. The actual writing itself is up and down with it's stronger scenes and then weaker points, unfortunately not consistent throughout. The author shows definite potential and artistry in some scenes, while others may make you go "really?" and shake your head, feeling like you are being asked to suspend-disbelief, but not in the positive, fictional sense, but only in the sense of "no one would ever really do that"..for the main character's response, or more accurately lack of response, in some situations. In this installment, we have the brief satisfaction of a reunion, then trouble arises, characters are separated again, and we find Kelsey off on a quest/adventure with Kishan. The development of their friendship/relationship is a fun ride. This story makes a great audio experience, though. The narration is good, in my mind Annika Boras comes alive as Kelsey and is quite convincing. She does a good job of conveying her emotions and confusion. Not to mention I must say Ren is a pleasure to "listen to".

OHMGOSH! THIS SERIES IS TO DIE FOR!!

I absolutely love the narration, and the story line. I love the characters and enjoyed every minute of this listen. Didn't want it to end. I loved the first one and it seems like each one keeps getting better & better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Can't wait for #4 to be available!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

I absolutely love this book. I actually read the series in print several times but Annika Boras is such an amazing voice actress I listen to the audiobook. I love the story and Annika makes all of the characters voices their own. You can always tell who is talking because of how distinctly different she makes all of the voices. She is so talented and I wish she had more narrations in other books.

Great story

The second book is interesting, but Kelsey is extremely annoying. For me, the most interesting thing about history is the way the author mixes mythology, religion and culture from India.

Good Dynamic

What made the experience of listening to Tiger's Quest the most enjoyable?

One of the most interesting aspects of this series is the mythology. I personally love mythology and its very nice to hear more about Indian myths vs. the usual roman and greek versions. The dynamic between the brothers is really greatly played out. They love each other but over the years they have been alive they have hurt each other.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Tiger's Quest?

I love Ren and Kelsey but Kishawn being thrown into the mix was great for the story.

Which character – as performed by Annika Boras – was your favorite?

I think her performance was great throughout the story.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. Like the first book its captivating.

Any additional comments?

Kelsey's interest in both brothers and difficulty chosing is interesting but it gets old after a while and she becomes quite annoying.
