Publisher's summary

Back in Oregon, Kelsey tries to pick up the pieces of her life and push aside her feelings for Ren. But danger lurks around the corner, forcing her to return to India where she embarks on a second quest - this time with Ren's dark, bad-boy brother Kishan, who has also fallen prey to the Tiger's Curse. Fraught with danger, spellbinding dreams, and choices of the heart, Tiger's Quest brings the trio one step closer to breaking the spell that binds them.

Awesome!

Would you consider the audio edition of Tiger's Quest to be better than the print version?

I don't know because I have the first book of the series in print and I got the other 2 books on audio and enjoyed them greatlyl.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character is Ren.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I cried when Ren didn't remember Kelseys.

I mix my books from serious to SEALs to fantasy. This was a light book which I enjoyed and would recommend.

Can't get enough!!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this book to anyone that love to get swept away by listening to this wonderful story line.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I most say that I think Kelsey is the most brave, naive, understanding, and supportive one of the strongest characters in this book. But she was also made me want to shake her because I just didn't get how stubborn and clueless she could be at times. I've fell in love with the tigers as well as she have, it's like having a really good girl friend that you've known for half your life and the two of you can be as real and straight forward then most people that's on the outside. I wished that she would've had more of a support best friend to help her through all of her mixed emotional pain cause no one deserve to be hurt so deeply. The tigers (Ren,Keyshawn) need to be come together if they want a life time with Kelsey because you make sacrifices for true love no matter how deeply the cut can be with that person.

Which character – as performed by Annika Boras – was your favorite?

I would have to say that at first I was Cheering for Ren instead of Keyshawn but now that've gotten to the third book I must say that I would've chosen Keyshawn over Ren any day. Ren have a controlling type personality specially when he doesn't get his way. KeyShawn let Kelsey be her self with out really having her to try. I would like for Keyshawn to step more into the dominating roll instead of being so closed offish because he's afraid of getting hurt in the end.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Most definitely!!!

Grab This Tiger's Tale!

What made the experience of listening to Tiger's Quest the most enjoyable?

The narrarator. (Previously, I thought there were two different people, but, no, Ms. Boras is magnificent and did it all!)

What did you like best about this story?

The love between Ren and Kelsey, and then when he is captured and they get him back the drama that ensues! A must read to find out.

Which character – as performed by Annika Boras – was your favorite?

Ren - I could listen to him talk all day. I could tell the difference between him and his brother even though there wasn't a great big difference. She did an amazing job! Fell in love with Ren, just by hearing him speak through Annika!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Tiger's Quest - Bring Me To Life

Any additional comments?

This book, this entire series is wonderfully done, clean, no foul language which makes it age appropriate. If you have read Tiger's Curse then you will undoubtedly know why I say I stay furious with Kishan most of the time. I get angry with Kelsey, too. But I also get upset with Ren and you will too! But, it's worth it --- in the end.

A slight twist on a original

What made the experience of listening to Tiger's Quest the most enjoyable?

I would have to say cultural side of it. It is not very often you get to listen to such a lovely accented voice while enjoying a book (or maybe thats just me) Then the small details the writer paid to explaining details to paint such a vivid picture in your head is just amazing.

What other book might you compare Tiger's Quest to and why?

Really a lot of werewolf type books. But as my title says its a twist on an original, and a very lovely twist in my eyes.

Which character – as performed by Annika Boras – was your favorite?

Kels by far.

Any additional comments?

Just go ahead and by all three books in this series. You wont regret it, I promise. Also I had a hard time listening to the first few minutes just because of how harsh the accent there is, it kinda grated on my nerves. Once you get past those first few minutes it changes to a much easier soothing voice that I eventually fell in love with.

GREAT FOR READERS OF ALL AGES/GENRES

Any additional comments?

Tiger's Quest (The Tiger Saga #2) had so many parts to it that I literally felt as if I'd read three seperate books once it was over...all equally amazing. I said with Tiger's Curse (The Tiger Saga #1) that Colleen Houck had instantaneeously morphed into one of my favorite authors. This book solidified my devotion to her and her phenomenal story-telling ability. Even my eight-year-old son has shown an interest in reading the Tiger Saga. I'm going to encourage him with his plan to read it as virosiously as I would if he'd planned to read the entire Harry Potter series.

Because I loved the characters so much in Tiger's Curse (The Tiger Saga #1), I'm glad Tiger's Quest (The Tiger Saga #2) provided more, more, and more of Kelsey, Ren, Kishan, and Mr. Kadam. These are all characters who will soon be as well known as Katniss Everdeen, Peeta Mellark, Cato, Primrose Everdeen, and Gale Hawthorne. Once this happens, I'm confident everyone will agree that this series is equally deserving of that level of attention.

Without adding spoilers, Tiger's Quest (The Tiger Saga #2) will make you feel like your heart has been ripped from its cavity, and it's done in such a way and at such an unexpected moment that you are all the more shocked when it happens.
