I think that this book was very helpful for me to learn that it will get better and that I now know that I'm not alone in life anymore and I now have things to do when I get mass so I can cool down

A must read for victims of bullying and those that want to help them.
I have never read a better book to help a person survive bullying, prevent bullying and help someone who is being bullied. The author exposes her own life struggles to help others. She is compassionate, empathetic, honest and has incredible strength and an incredible writer and poet. Truthfully, I could interchange the word bullying in the title with any abuse. It’s incredible that a woman of 16 wrote one of the best books to help a person of any age deal with abuse. This should be on everyone’s shelf. I couldn’t put the book down and I am recommending it everyone I know!
