great book

this book was well written. The author gives insight into what the newborns had planned for Bella and the yellow eyes. I also like how it was written portraying some of the characters from the second book of the Twilight series it was very interesting. anyone who is a Twilight fan will enjoy this book.

Great backstory story for Eclipse

Loved how the author filled in the backstory of the newborn army & the Volterre's knowledge of them. It explains why Edward reacts to the confrontation with Jane the way he did

A good vampire story

This is how I wish SMeyer would write this series!
Less of the lovey dovey stuff, more fear, more vampiric!

Emma did an amazing job at reading this story, I love her voice so much!

Fantastic Novella! Highly Recommended! :-)

I really enjoyed this novella. Stephenie Meyer does an excellent job at drawing the reader into her world of fiction. This is a short listen/read and I listened to it straight through without any breaks. This wasn't difficult as the audio book is only about 4 hours long. I thought Emma Galvin did a fantastic job narrating. There was a certain element of melancholy in her tone that seemed appropriate, since we are all aware of the tragic fate that awaits Bree. The ONLY issue I had with this book was, like all of Stephenie Meyer's writing, I was left longing for more, but in a good way. So, to satisfy my hunger, I re-vamped the Twilight Saga once again. If you loved the Twilight Saga, then you will love this novella. I most definitely recommend this audio book. You won't be disappointed.

Gotta Love Twilight!

Any additional comments?

This book was a great character back story of a minor character Bree Tanner from the original series. It told what the change was like for the average every day Joe vampire. I'd really love if the author would do this with all her characters!

THE VOICE ACTING WAS GREAT

Emma Galvin is a PHENOMENAL voice actress and made this book more enjoyable that it already was.
