Gory, Amazing and Gripping

Yes because it's better than the first.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Minho and Newt. No reason, I just like them. Brenda was cool too.

What about Mark Deakins’s performance did you like?

He wasn't bad, I liked him.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

A new direction...

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would if they had read the first book "The Maze Runner". This book cannot hold up unless you know what happened in the previous story. If you have listened/read it then yes, I would recommend it. I fear the author would try to send them back to a make of a controlled environment. Not the case. If you read my review on "The Maze Runner" then this is a nice follow up if again you are looking for a book that won't force you to think too hard or focus too much.

There are 3 conclusions to this story. I didn't expect the first 2, but the last I fully expected.

What about Mark Deakins’s performance did you like?

Again, he was great. Gave every character a voice and even some personality. He is gifted.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Don't trust anybody. Including yourself.

A few grammatical errors, much better than the first.

Good book

Enjoyed the storyline. Every time I thought I might know what was going to happen next, there was enough of a twist to keep me pulled in.

Capturing story

I liked the story line and the characters, took a while to appreciate the performance but I did enjoy once he got into the characters.

I could not stop listening! the narration was on point. I bought the next book before I even finished this one.
