Publisher's summary

In Allison Sekemoto's world, there is one rule left: Blood calls to blood.

She has done the unthinkable: died so that he might continue to live. Cast out of Eden and separated from the boy she dared to love, Allie will follow the call of blood to save her creator, Kanin, from the psychotic vampire Sarren. But when the trail leads to Allie's birthplace in New Covington, what Allie finds there will change the world forever - and possibly end human and vampire existence.

There's a new plague on the rise, a strain of the Red Lung virus that wiped out most of humanity generations ago - and this strain is deadly to humans and vampires alike. The only hope for a cure lies in the secrets Kanin carries, if Allie can get to him in time.

Allison thought that immortality was forever. But now, with eternity itself hanging in the balance, the lines between human and monster will blur even further, and Allie must face another choice she could never have imagined having to make.

Just when you think you know...

What did you love best about The Eternity Cure?

The twist and turns, just when you think you know what is going to happen it goes in another direction. Heart pounding none stop action. Heart wrenching edge of your seat.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Can't pick just one, they all have qualities I love! From Zeke's caring, to Allison kick but take no prisoners attitude, to Kane's determination, to Jackal's snarky wit.

What does Therese Plummer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Therese is one of a few that can really bring a book to life.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed, I cried, I wanted to beg!

Any additional comments?

I can't wait for the next book in this series to see just what will happens! This book has so many emotions and heart stopping pounding action hang by the edge of your seat scenes, just when you think they are gone HERE they come again!

The end...I'm not saying anything else so I don't spoil the book for anyone.

Absolutely Phenomenal

A deep, dark and truly spectacular read at every turn. Julie Kagawa has yet again allowed me into her broken world of vampires and I have not been disappointed!

Adding to this the absolutely outstanding narrative performance of Therese Plummer and her fine grasp of each of the characters of the story made for a gripping tale!

If you like dark stories with the best narration available get this book.

HOLY COW!!!!

Any additional comments?

You might as well dub the book as 'Rollercoaster Ride Extremus Maximus.'

Ms. Kagawa, you squeezed my little bookworm heart like a sponge and left it out to dry on a bloody sink. But I must be a masochist, because I love you. You are amazeballs. I'm surprised to admit these series are a total contender for my all-time favorite, The 5th Wave.

The characters and their development are amazingly well written. These are the type of books that not only do you enjoy, but they leave you with a lasting impression, and you are saddened to part ways with the characters once you finish their stories. Another diamond in the rough.

If you are into romance stories, go ahead and dive in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Absolutely LOVED it and cant wait for more.

If you could sum up The Eternity Cure in three words, what would they be?

It was an excellent continuation of the journey for Allie.

What did you like best about this story?

The dynamics of Jackle and Allie coming together under a united front and seeing that she finally shows Z what she really feels for him. I have to say that I loved the ending.

Have you listened to any of Therese Plummer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I think that she is one of the best Narrators that I have ever listened to, and I have heard a lot.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I actually cried and laughed to the point that my husband thought I was a little crazy when I would just bust out with laughter.

HOLY COW!

What did you love best about The Eternity Cure?

It's the first vampire YA book that has completely blown me away. Loved it.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Eternity Cure?

Jackel. He cracks me up. Allie's inner battle with her demon side. The fight scenes.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES! Damn real life, getting in the way of my reading.

Any additional comments?

I don't even...

There are just...

Wow. I loved this read. This series has turned out to be WAY better than I thought it would be. Especially with all the other vampire YA books out there, this one blows them all away.

What I loved most about this is the emotions that Ms Kagawa was able to pull from me. I say pull because normally I'm a tough sell with these kinds of books. I've closed myself off to this genre but I so loved all the characters here. Even Jackel!

I'm so glad that I have the 3rd book loaded to my kindle and ready to go! I don't think I could have survived the wait at my local library for the book and Audible doesn't have the audiobook handy. :/
