Excellent Series

Beautifully written and read. I really enjoyed this series. It was a unique take on a subject so many others have failed to make their own.

10/10

Daniel Sharman needs to seriously narrate more audiobooks. This was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Full circle

Such a good series and amazing description of action, love and sadness. I found myself crying multiple times in the story, but also laughing out loud and swooning at the tale of love! That's what makes a good book!

Daniel Sherman’s performance

honestly incredible. Each character deviates from the last but hardly in the overly dramatic way of the reader of Chain of Iron. He’s a natural and my only complaint is that there isn’t more.

Great finale to series

This is book 3 of 3 in the trilogy.
Please read Clockwork Angel then Clockwork Prince first.
**Spoilers**
Brother Zachariah and Magnus Bane are in this book and show up in The Mortal Instruments books. The final scenes give us a little family background for TMI: Jace Wayland inherits Will Herondale’s star shaped birthmark so he’s a descendant of Tessa; Isabelle Lightfoot’s red jewel is handed down from Cecily Herondale=>from Will=>from Magnus. Keep an eye out for those red haired Fairchilds;-)
My favorite scene in the book is Jem and Tessa on the bridge at the end, but the worm hunt at the beginning is mucho gusto! One of my favorite scenes from any book.
My favorite quote in this book is Jem telling Tessa: “We see our better souls in the eyes of those that love us.”
Sharman does an excellent job of narration voicing multiple characters and emotions. When he voices Tessa saying “Jem, my Jem” near the end I am choked up with emotion every time I hear it.
Excellent!

Outstanding Conclusion and Story!

This was the best audio book I've listened to! Daniel Sharman does an amazing job narrating the story! His voice is smooth and clear and I loved his subtle changes in dialect to differentiate between the characters. My favourite voice of his was Will's...with his Welsh accent...he just sounded the way I envisioned Will to sound.

My 5-star review for the actual story can be found online.

Best of the series!

Both the story and the performance were the best of the series by far. Made me want to listen to the city of bones series.
