A breathtaking new vision of a legendary tale. Snow White is the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen, who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the young woman threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with the huntsman who was dispatched to kill her.

Snow White and the Huntsman falls towards the middle of the scale for me. I enjoyed the action scenes but found myself zoning out for other parts. It’s definitely an interesting interpretation of the classic tale. I liked that the story is darker, but I was hoping for more. The narrator did well and I enjoyed their portrayal of Snow White, the Huntsman, and Ravenna. I would still recommend this title to others even though I didn’t really enjoy it myself. Just not my cup of tea.
My favorite genres are absurdist humor, Sci-fi & modern fantasy, but, as you can see, I'll read just about anything. Don't mind the typos.
...the movie or the book? This audiobook had the beginnings of greatness and the middle and ending of mediocrity. I'll bet the movie is better.
The darkness of the way it was written, more like real life.
The Huntsman, because he didn't give himself the opportunity to know he was the man he really was.
When Snow White is finally kissed by true love.
There were a couple spots that made me laugh and a couple that caused me to cry.
Definately a recommended read/listen!!!
