Audible Editor Reviews

Nothing to Lose, by Alex Flinn, is a stunning novel that darts back and forth between the present, the past, and the future. Michael Daye, the story's protagonist is an intensely relatable yet flawed hero. Sometimes funny, often heart-wrenching, Nothing to Lose moves effortlessly from an abusive home to a wild carnival to the streets of Miami. Evan O'Reilly's performance is one of the many factors that help propel this audiobook. This audiobook is a great coming-of-age tale for adults and young adults alike.

Publisher's Summary

"I shouldn't have come back to Miami... I've been escaping cops' notice for a year now. I'm no longer Michael Daye, high school athlete with a promising future. Now I look like someone with no future."
