loved it! Narrator did an excellent job of bringing the story alive. Can hardly wait for book 2.

I read the books and loved them I didn't really like the voice of the person reading it...

Not your typical vampire story

I feel like this series is really underrated. Yes, the first few books are a little rocky but they definitely get better and you can see how the author evolves in her prose and character depth. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to each book and am really glad I didn't pass it up!

Fun, fast and addicting!

I LOVE this series! All storyline... This author doesn't fill a third of the book with worthless sex (which equals talented writing skill in my mind. I mean anybody can just fill pages with sex stuff---Boring). I haven't turned on my TV in weeks. I pop my earbuds in every chance I get because I'm so invested in this series. I laugh, I cry, I get pissed off.... The first 11 (I think) books are narrated wonderfully. After that I am really struggling to stick with the audio version. I'm seriously considering going kindle version. The narrator makes all the difference for me. But this series is so great! I am definitely a devourer of series and this is in my top three!

very good book

thw story is over all wonderful! I have always been fond of the main character and the personalities of her friends. I am, however, not to happy with a small bit: in the select scenes where a regular female, or just a youthful person should be able to relate, where it is shown how incredibly human she is, at times it is so dramatized that it can be comical or simply disappointing that one cannot put themselves in her shoes simply because her normality is equally dramatized so much that it is fake.

Still as good as I remember

This series has been a favorite of mine for years, and while the narrator does take a little getting used to, her performance is enjoyable in the end. Definitely worth a listen for someone wanting to start a new series. You won't regret picking up Glass Houses
