"With a charismatic leading lady kids will flip over, a compelling dynamic between the two narrators and a resonant ending (including a clever double entendre on the title), this novel is a great deal larger than the sum of its parts. Ages 10-14." (Publishers Weekly)
"Bryce and Juli's rants and raves about each other ring so true that teen readers will quickly identify with at least one of these hilarious feuding egos, if not both. A perfect introduction to the adolescent war between the sexes. (Ages 12 to 14)" (Amazon.com review)
This was an amazing book. As I listened in the course of one day, I laughed out loud, and then I cried - numerous times.Wonderfully told story of relationships and life lessons learned.
Say something about yourself!
great book.. great characters.. i liked how it went "full flip" (if you will).. also the female character very cool.. would have liked to know a girl like that.
This is a He Said/She Said type book. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We listened on a long journey - a grandma and her daughter and grand-daughter. Great for all ages.
I enjoyed the same incident described by each character. The two person narrative made it that much more real.
Both get my applause!
