Winner of the Australian Book of the Year Award for Older Children, John Flanagan has sold millions of his popular Ranger’s Apprentice series. A fledgling Ranger, Will has walked along many a dangerous path, but none more treacherous than the one before him now. Following Araluen’s truce with the Skandians, a desert tribe captures the Skandian leader. The Rangers are sent to free him, but the searing desert has swallowed whole more than one brave adventurer.

I have loved both science fiction & especially fantasy since a young child & now what a joy revisiting in audio the old & new works here
That it went back and filled in a time in wills life which really had been missing
That it had all the characters in it which we have gone to love not just will and maybe one of the others.
Yes, and this one is back to like is earlier works from this same series.
Yes, when will showed up right before the be-headings.
Loved this book as well as almost everything he writes. Originally got these for my son, yet seems I'm the one hooked.
I really like the book it was pretty good. I think the whole series is good. The story is good and it's just so cool If you ask me and I love how many books there are. im ten and i love these books. :)/:\[•|•]√
...but this book is my favorite so far. If you love adventure books that are pre-tech, old times, & full of likeable characters this series is for you. Erak's ransom has it all.
I and my family have always enjoyed this series. I have share this series with all of my children for many years and they are great on road trip travels . I hope that there are plans for a movie😃👍
