Good story

This was a good story, had the potential to be great except for the seemingly abrupt ending. I loved just about everything except that and her pacifism geesh doesn't she realize it she die there won't be a cure? Sometimes there will be sacrificed that need to be done to save the masses.

Kudos to both the author and narrator!

Excellent book! As an avid reader of the zombie genre, its not easy to keep me guessing about where a story is headed. This one surprised me over and over again!
The narration is flawless. Each character has its own voice, so much so that you never wonder who is thinking or speaking. Excellent book! I'm iff to read the second one, the suspense is killing me...

Inconsistent

This book is in desperate need of a content editor. In nearly every scene, there is something that made me pause and go, “What?” I made it to chapter 3. I couldn’t take it anymore. For example: the character turns off the tv. The next paragraph, the tv us magically back on and the reporter is talking again. Stuff like that is littered in the first few chapters. Dnf

Struggled with the story. Mia just rubbed me the wrong way. She was to whiney and annoying. I couldn't listen to the last hour.

Terrible heroine!! I love Zombie books but this is awful

I’ve no idea how this has any good reviews. The main character is a whiny pacifist that would have died immediately if it was not a fantasy story, completely unrealistic and she’s awful, judgmental and super annoying. I really liked some of the other characters but author never fleshed them out, she’s way too busy shoving her views on gun control down my throat. I can’t finish this crap and WILL not bother with the other books. I DO NOT recommend this book or anything else this author writes. What a snowflake!!

SJW SURVIVES A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE

I liked the idea behind this book because there is a "red" (zombie) that has some free thinking ability and this SJW is all about protecting him because he protected her. That is the only reason this book has two stars. It was painful and not a good read. The main character is an idiot. Some of the other characters are slightly redeeming however they are not fully fleshed out and this book was just bad because of it.

The main character is an annoying whiny snowflake that is very judgemental about firearms. She had something bad happen in her past that influences this -- HOWEVER she was not even there when this event occurred. Also, anytime it is mentioned it is only in passing with her thinking about the "incident". Because of this anyone that has a gun is a violent person and a gun nut. She is a squishy pathetic character that would be dead if this were a real situation. This book is a wet dream for a SJW and a joke.

Also, the narration was horrible for the main character she sounded selfish, egotistical and whiny. Exactly what you want for a main character in a ZOMBIE book! However, the other characters aren't bad so it's not the narrator's fault -- rather the writing for the main character. Over all this book just pissed me off. Don't be fooled by the good reviews this book horrible. Unless if you care more about flesh eating monsters and hate the LIVING people that kill them to protect themselves.
