Loved it! Very original!
As I strolled down the book isle at Target the bright red high heel on the cover caught my eye! I picked up the book and realized it was a play on the classic fairy tale Cinderella. I was immediately hooked! I bought all the books for the entire Lunar Chronicles that moment and downloaded the audiobooks. Best decision ever!
First off Rebecca Soler's voices are amazing. I especially liked how good she was at the android voices; made me feel right there with the characters.
The story was unique, suspenseful and left me wanting more. Loved the classic fairytale told in a sci-fi setting. My favorite genre!
Definitely worth your time!!!

Not Usually a Genre I Would Read
I saw this on sale and since I think retellings of popular stories are fun, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The author was vey creative in how she reimagined Cinderella and her environment. It worked beautifully. It is the beginning of a series, so the end of this book is a real cliffhanger. The story only gets started and just enough is revealed to keep you hooked.

Just love the whole series. Have read them and now I'm listening to them because I have the kindle, print and audio versions. I'm a nerd when I like something I have to have it in all it's forms. Now I just need movies and Jesus can come back.
