In an attempt to save him, Ever travels to the magical dimension of Summerland, where she learns the secrets of Damen's tortured past; a past which he has always kept hidden from her.
But in her quest to cure Damen, Ever discovers an ancient text that details the workings of time. Now Ever must choose between turning back the past and saving her family from the accident that claimed their lives - or staying in the present and saving Damen, who grows sicker every day.

I was a little offset by "Evermore" and thought the ending was just a bit odd. Not only did enjoy the 2nd book more, but it made the 1st book more complete! It is a separate 'story', so obvious that it is a separate book rather than all one together. I like the 1st book MORE now that I've read this 2nd one. and in all justification, the 1st had me curious enough to pick up the 2nd. I do almost all Audiobooks, and I also like the reader for this series. She embodies the main character very well. Very romantic without being SAPPY and a lot in interesting adventures & twists! Now EAGER for the 3rd book out next month!!!!
Not nearly as girly-girl as Twilight and much better writing. I'll buy the next one.
The Sookie Stackhouse series is much more my style.
They are just too short :-)
I love Miles.....he is so dear and so good to Ever.
She does Ever the best, of course. She does Roman well too.
Oh, I already had book 3 ready and waiting as soon as the last CD of Blue Moon was finished!
One of my favorites out of all 5.
What a great escape audio books are.
The Narrator brought the character Ever to life with a voice that fit perfectly. I enjoy switching back and forth from actual book form to audio when I am reading a book series (saves the eyes).
I will definitely be looking to download the audible version of the latest book in this Immortal Series.
I loved how the beginning of the book starts off directly into Ever and Damen's love fest. The middle was the type of book you'd know what would happen at the end. Though I think the end could have been better, I was expecting something more of a mystery that would leave me wanting to read onto the next book. I also loved how the book wasn't what I had expected towards the end. There was a huge plot twist that I liked. As far as the reader goes, she was decent. I liked how she switched up her voice when it came to a different character in the book. But expression, her expressions weren't the best. Overall I think this book is s perfect book for someone who likes a mixture of romance, mystery, and a lot of immortals/unrealistic creatures. Like a fairytale but not so much, you know? But I enjoyed this book haha now I have an AR to take.
I struggled to finish this, I felt the author dragged out the entire thing & I am not going to continue the series...couldn't wait for this one to end
The main characters stupidity is too difficult to read thru plus it happens so often it becomes predictable what choices she's going to make.
I feel like I wasted my time on these
I think if the author spent more time on the relationship between the two main characters the book would have been better. You get so invested in the relationship in the first book then she spends the whole second book destroying the relationship. The book gives you a lot of background about immortals and not so much about the relationship.
The second book is pretty blah but after you read it, it makes the first book clearer. I hope the third book is more like the first
Yes, because it's still a good read and I can't skip over it when it re-read the series.
I really can't think of a book to compare it to but I do think I've read something like this before.
I was frustrated with Ever for some of her decisions and I felt sad for her when everyone seemed to be against her.

I like the voice of Katie Schorr for Alyson Noel's Immortals Series. I heard the first one (Evermore) twice, but I'm afraid this book was too ... protracting, dominated by negative feelings, never-coming-to-an-end - but most of all: TOO MUCH BLAH, TOO LITTLE DAMON!
I will definitely go through all of the Immortals Series, though I'm pretty pissed off by the last few scenes. How can Ever be that stupid? Why must Alyson tease us so much? It's not that kind of "I'm dying to go on, I'm so excited"- kind of tease, it's more like "You f**ing b**tch, I went through this whole book just to watch you go that road?! Seriously?"
Katie Schorr is just incredible! In fact, she is the reason I'm listening to this as an audiobook, because I normally hate audiobooks. She's so tender, so soft, so pointing out what's going on - it gives the novel a whole new level.
As to be read before, I really really hated the end. It leaves me no choice to read/hear the next book because I want to, I HAVE to hear it in order to know if maybe there MAY be a happy end at last. Bad.
