Is death the end.... or only the beginning?
Ethan Wate has spent most of his life longing to escape the stiflingly small Southern town of Gatlin. He never thought he would meet the girl of his dreams, Lena Duchannes, who unveiled a secretive, powerful, and cursed side of Gatlin, hidden in plain sight. And he never could have expected that he would be forced to leave behind everyone and everything he cares about. So when Ethan awakes after the chilling events of the Eighteenth Moon, he has only one goal: to find a way to return to Lena and the ones he loves.Back in Gatlin, Lena is making her own bargains for Ethan's return, vowing to do whatever it takes - even if that means trusting old enemies or risking the lives of the family and friends Ethan left to protect.
Worlds apart, Ethan and Lena must once again work together to rewrite their fate, in this fourth book and stunning finale to the Beautiful Creatures series.

I am immortal ....so far. I enjoy a god story and love a great narrator. :-)
I would have to say without Kevin Collins as narrator I am not postivie I would have enjoyed the series as much. His performance as Ethan and the other characters really made the book. Very enjoyable and i hope they continue with the characters.
Top, the narration was excellent
Ethan is such a great guy and a strong main character
I loved kevin doing all the voices. Kristine hvam lacked the emotion of what was happening at the time. If she had read more of the book I would not have enjoyed it as much
Great series of books!
I like to read VERY much .. I'm obsessed with reading I don't have time to actually read a book so I've been a listener for three years now
The male narrator ABSOLUTELY .. the authors I'm not so sure because I found the series was so annoying to me
I don't think so .. because the story progression was boring to me . there wasn't any excitement in it
maybe the scene when Ethan saw his mother for the first time after death
I already saw the first movie and it was horrible .. so I don't think so
it was a good read .. nothing more
Kevin is really great at managing the voices and feelings of the characters and really gives them life. I enjoyed this book and the colorful descriptions of the scenes and people/creatures that appeared in this series. Wonderful series!
unfortunatly a very weak ending. it either made the villains weaker then they've been presented before or downright dumb which is even worse. the ending where it could have been a tragic ending or a happy ending which would both be fine, instead becomes a forced talk about dead. no explanations are given to any of the events that transpired in the latter chapters. just written and ignored.
This series was overly very good, kept my interest throughout most of the entire series. I got used to hearing the male narrator after listening to the series back to back. Although the 3rd book had a small separation in narrators, this last one had a big part with the lady. I actually preferred just having the male narrator. I got used to his voice for all characters and the female narrator seemed out of place to me once she took over. (I probably would have liked the female narrator in another reading, just not once you get used to another voice). Anyway, the book was overall good, but I think it was time to end it.
