I may listen to this one again...it is so much better than the movie!

What did you like best about this story?

I love a good fantasy even if it is a teen fiction. I want to fall into a story and escape reality and I escaped.

Kevin T. Collins is my favorite narrator. He is so good at bringing the characters to life!!

Macon, Macon, Macon

Could you see Beautiful Creatures being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

I could see either, with a movie it would be good if they made the beginning and end stronger. The middle was very interesting. For a series it would be good to get some more writers and characters. The best character was Macon and he was killed off. Any of the pop stars out now would do. Macon and Marion's characters should be strong actors.

Any additional comments?

There were some very good elements, the locket, the library, telepathy, Bo Radlly and supporting characters. The grandma's character was not consistant at all.

Narration brought the story to life!

Great story, gripping action brought to life by the spoken word. Truly artful, highly recommended to all of my friends

Love this series!

I do wish more of the series were split into characters/voices! It makes it so much better when its more like a play! But overall very nice reading!

I came across this by chance in one of audible's great sales. It was surprisingly captivating. I cant wait for the next book. Highly recommend. Very Different.

Loved it... What a great little story

First thing I want to say is that so many people want to compare this to Twilight. I loved Twilight, but this is nothing like it. Only comparison is this is a teen Fantasy romance, but that is where it stops, and there are many teen fantasy romance books out, so I don’t know why people are saying this is like Twilight. FYI I loved all the Twilight books, so if this was like twilight I would have loved this book anyway. OK!
Overall this is a wonderful story. And it was a fun read. If you love teen fantasy, and if you love teen fantasy romance and all that comes with that, then you will love this book. If you do don’t like any one of these thing then this book is not for you.

Love how the narrarator distinguished the characters. He's awesome!!

Mesmerizing performance of an interesting tale.

Where does Beautiful Creatures rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Fairly highly as the performance is so good and the story is woven in such a way that I just had to find out what was going to happen. Even though this is not a particularly original tale, it has enough twists to keep a reader/listener wanting more.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Beautiful Creatures?

I love the scene at the dining table when all the family are gathered and Ridley is trying to cause trouble.

What about Kevin T. Collins’s performance did you like?

I loved that he had a slight accent, but not too much, I also liked the fact that he sounded young without being juvenile.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I felt mesmerized, something about the music, the 16 song and the story itself.
