AMAZING Read!!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Beautiful Creatures to be better than the print version?

The audio version is so much better due to the inclusion of music and the memory/dream sequences.

What does Kevin T. Collins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The Narrator makes me feel like I'm a character in the book. His accents are dead on.

Looking forward to the upcoming movie in Feb 2013!! This series of books are going to be bigger than Twilight.

A Great Series

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I loved the book and have already downloaded the whole series. You end up rooting for the casters

You think of them as normal people but they are not

This audible book is awsome

This is the best book I have ever listened to on audible, the story is good but the sound effects makes it even better. I would recommend this to all that loves to listen.

Great Book!

I enjoyed this story largely in part because of the interweaving of past and present and the use of the civil war as a back drop. It isn't just another teen vampire or witch story. You really start to like most of the characters in the book, especially Lena and Ethan. The supporting characters are interesting and more than a little complex which adds dimensions to the story line.

I loved hearing from a boy!! It was so fun to hear how a boy might think... lots of southern charm .... absolutely loved it!! Loved the voice!! Great great book!!

I listened to this book in anticipation of the movie, which ended up never showing in my town. Now that I have seen the DVD version, I'm highly disappointed with it. READ/LISTEN TO THE BOOKS! It is sooooo much better. The audio version paints a clear picture in your head and adds the sound effects which make it more descriptive. The movie left out probably half of the book, left out a character, and even combined 2 characters into 1. I'll stick with listening to the series rather than waste my money to see the movies, if any more even get made. Movie version get a 1 or less, book/audio version gets a 5+.

I think it was a well thought out and told story. there was some twists and turns I didn't expect but overall was happy with the story

Where does Beautiful Creatures rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I'd put it in my top 10! I couldn't decided on weather to get this book or not and then saw that it was being made into a movie so i got it and I am so glad i did. It's got some great plot twists and characters. I liked the narrator and the story and the interview at the end of the book as well. I already have book 2!

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love Amma and Link they are both such fun and funny characters and i'm assuming will play major parts in later books.

What does Kevin T. Collins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love the southern drawl he does. It makes you feel like you are really down south.

This book is worth your credit!

I wanted more!

The story kept me wanting to read more. Just when I thought everything might be resolved, another wrinkle was thrown in. Kevin Collins, the narrator, only added to the experience, and he was completely believable. I bought Beautiful Creatures because I've been watching the previews for the upcoming movie and thought it might be good to listen to on the way to and from work. What happened was that I got so caught up that I kept my bluetooth earpiece in even after I got home. I listened to the whole thing in two days. Well worth the price I paid!

Got deeply immersed into this book!

Was looking for a book to occupy my imagination and ended up getting deeply rooted into this story! Wonderfuly exicuted story and characters to boot! I absolutely loved Ethan, character was spot on as you described me as a young man to a T! (my name is Ethan as well) looking forward to getting into the next book!! Great job and keep up the great work!
