anxiety be gone

i actually read it for my son

i have a son that's about to get into those ages. i was there once myself, but without the tools and information like this, i was in the dark. now glad i found this book, and the knowledge in it really helps to prep me for better understand my son, and helping and guiding him through this special period. the books talks and shows how to get through some crazy stuff in this particular period of time. the tips are practical and for everyday, for exmaple things like how to chill out before big test, and how to talk to people naturally and confidently. i'd look forward to listening to it again together with my son. not sure if he'd be interested, but i'll try to make him. i think this book defintely worth the time.

Jenna has done once again a great job, being a teen in 2024 is not so easy, dealing with everyday's changements and societal shifts, adding to that social media and all those types of modern issues triggers a lot of anxiety and stress, especially if you "feel different" on some aspects of your identity. This book brings practical techniques and valuable guidance.
