Moneyball by Michael Lewis considers the unlikely success of the Oakland Athletics in the first few years of the 21st century. During this period, one of the teams with the lowest payrolls in Major League Baseball (MLB) consistently managed to make the playoffs and set an American League (AL) record of 20 consecutive wins in 2002....

Decent Summary, Narrator Speed Reads

I read the book for a course I am taking. I purchased the summary to make see if there were anything themes I missed. The content is overall good. The narrator is speaking so quickly, it sounds like the end of a prescription commercial. The purpose of getting the summary is to consume the entire information and to is different than reading a regular book. Slowing it down manually (x75) was also not a good option for learning. For quality of narration, I would not purchase and look up summary online.
