Great synopsis
The summary Is concise, compelling, and creates an appetite to listen to the entire book. The only reason for taking away a star on performance was the lack of pauses between key thoughts.
Over all, it was very very well worth the 1-Audible credit!

Great summary and substantive enough to help guide further action
I decided to read this book to identify tools to help lift the performance of my organization from good to great. Although we are just one discipline within a larger enterprise, there are places where implementing these strategies can make an impact in our organization’s efficacy and our ability to contribute to the company’s success. This summary was a great way for me to preview the book and identify areas that I could dive in and get the most value from.

I want my money back...
Without the stories, the whole book seems dry and boring.
It’s hard to internalize points without a story...
On top of that the narrator was especially dry and difficult to listen to. No voice inflections no passion, no pauses... everything you expect in a good narrator...
I cannot recommend this summary-book because I truly believe it lacks what’s needed for the listener.
