The information in the book pertains to everyone. The title is mis-leading in my opinion. A more descriptive title would have been "The Ultimate Guide to Nutrition for Everyone".
Not applicable. The performance was fine.
Reading the nutrition labels for foods was not beneficial and takes entirely too much time.
If you are not knowledgeable in nutrition basics, this book will have useful information.
