I love this journey as it’s a guided journey that can be used in many ways. You can journey for healing, help or learning. It worth getting and using.

Lovely way to reconnect with yourself
Nice flow and gentle voice allows for making room inside our minds to travel deep within and experience our senses on another level. Highly recommended for everyone.

good meditation practice
this is especially aimed at groups. I didn't really like the author, she was very plain and monotone. the ending was terrible. however the content itself is worth buying and using.

I would benefit from a slower pace
I appreciate the practice shared here, and the delivery doesn’t quite work for me. It feels a bit like being commanded to have a journey without heart, emotion or warmth, as though we’re reading a script for a journey without any emotion through intonation or felt sense presence. I would benefit from a slower pace with breath between “commands” to also be with the experience.

Standard Journey Practice
Pretty standard guided meditation. 3 would have been happier if there was a drum which is commonly used in Shamanic journeys. I was hoping for this and the lack of caused disappointed as the drum draws you very quickly to a tribal and basic state. I find that it centers me extremely fast. I like it better than the ohm sound.
