Excellent retelling of major Shakespearean plays

E. Nesbit does an outstanding job retelling major plays by Shakespeare in simple story format. Each retelling is about 10 minutes and told by very clear narrators. There are ten plays retold in total including “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” “Hamlet,” “Othello,” “King Lear,” “The Tempest,” “The Merchant of Venice,” “Romeo and Juliet,” “The Twelfth Night,” and others. I highly recommend this as a start to Shakespeare for young children.
