Straight and to the point

This audiobook gets you to were you need to be in under an hour. It challenges you to take a honest look at the surroundings you've constructed and dares you to make the modifications. I usually don't give 5 star ratings but the fact that this can all be expressed in under an hour is a plus. Now I like citations and academic studies which back up one's assertion like the next person but sometimes you just want to get to the point. Nothing against those 8 to 13 hour self discipline audiobooks but I personally don't have time for them anymore. Some of the shorter audiobooks are too short on content but that is not this book. I highly recommend.
