Publisher's summary

If you think sex education is still about the birds and the bees, think again. And it's not about science either. In her shocking exposé, You're Teaching My Child What?, Dr. Miriam Grossman rips back the curtain on sex education today, exposing a sordid truth. Today's sex ed programs aren't based on science; they're based on liberal lies and politically correct propaganda that promote the illusion that children (yes, children) can be sexually free without risk. As a psychiatrist and expert on sexual education, Dr. Grossman cites example after example of schools and organizations whitewashing - or omitting altogether - crucial information that doesn't fit in with their "PC" agenda.

Needed now more than ever!

So much wisdom in this book about navigating “gender land.” Parents and pediatricians plus teachers, legislators, judges, and more should have this as required reading. Dr. Grossman is articulate and knowledgeable-a great combination for those who want to really understand what’s really happening with sex education in America.

Required reading for parents

As a mother and grandmother I learned far more than anticipated from this book. The dangers to young females of early sexual activity were unknown to me, I related the risks mainly to pregnancy. Every parent needs to understand and impress upon your children the rampant explosion of sexually transmitted diseases and the fallacy of protective measures.

Must read!

Great back story to the current education system and the misguided history of psychology and children

A Look Back

I have been sharing “Lost in Trans Nation” with everyone I know. Love Dr. Grossman’s dedication to TRUTH. I decided to explore some of her earlier writings and have been through this book twice already. Wow!! I know I wasn’t paying attention 15 years ago, but my eyes have been wide open now for about the last 5. I am so thankful for courageous and wise Mental Health Professionals in a world seemingly infiltrated with those who currently are not. I highly recommend all of Dr. Grossman’s books and I am thankful for her wisdom, clarity and discernment. Read this book!! Read all of her books!!

Finally, a logical perspective!

I wish I had read this book before my daughter became a teenager! Now my 16 year old daughter Ashley wants to be my 16 year old son Eryn and plans to have top surgery when they are an adult. i really wish I could go back to when I allowed my 11 daughter to have a cell phone. We did it because she had to walk home from school, and we wanted to make sure she made it home. My wife and I should have made more rules and had parental settings on the phone, but I never imagined the world we live in today, and now I fear it's too late.

This book is fantastic! Parents out there, please do a better job than I did at an early age for your child.
