This will change how you think.
Loved it, this book has changed my life! This book is recommended for people who struggle to understand why certain negative cycles continue and how to break it. I suggest you read and/or listen to all books written by this author.

Amazing!
Everything I needed to hear and more. One thing i love about this book is that she was a christian and used bible scriptures in her affirmations. The use of the scriptures makes its simple and easy to understand. This by far is my favorite book to listen to over and over again. I also listen to this at night when im going to sleep so that way i can remember it subconsciously.
